Power Kids Gym - Class Information

Key Activities : Exposure to gymnastics activities and sporting skills, relays and more

-Building strength, coordination, flexibility and agility
-Develop positive mindset and build confidence through individual and team activities

Our Climbers are gaining greater independence. They are nurtured to face new challenges by our Trainers, who spot them and provide positive encouragement,. This is the class where they are exposed to gymnastic and sports skills, relays and much more. These activities help build up their strength, coordination, flexibility and agility. Ultimately, the goal is to help them have a more positive mindset and to build their confidence in embracing activities individually as well as in teams. Whether it is mastering a handstand, straddle jump or learning to dribble a ball, our 3 year old Climbers will start to develop their fitness levels and are introduced to the concept of good sportsmanship.  


Age group: 4.5 yrs -5.5 yrs

Key Activities : Gymnastics skills - cartwheels, handstands and more. Sports games such as baseball, rugby and soccer is introduced

Key Development Areas:
-Develop gymnastics skills through proper form and techniques
-Develop fitness levels by working on stamina and endurance

This is an energetic class where children between the ages of 4.5-5.5 yrs build and improve on their gross motor skills with better control. Whether its running, crawling, skipping or just plain hopping, our Hoppers will be building the confidence to tackle physical fitness activities with the right attitude. Hoppers will be introduced to various martial arts moves from disciplines such as kick boxing, and taekwondo; gymnastic skills such as cartwheels and handstands; as well as sports skills from around the world such as baseball, rugby, and soccer.
