This is an energetic class where children between the ages of 4-5.5 yrs build and improve on their gross motor skills with better control. Whether its running, crawling, skipping or just plain hopping, our Hoppers will be building the confidence to tackle physical fitness activities with the right attitude. Hoppers will be introduced to various martial arts moves from disciplines such as kick boxing, and taekwondo; gymnastic skills such as cartwheels and handstands; as well as sports skills from around the world such as baseball, rugby, and soccer.
